Under the strong leadership of 21st Century View's managing director, James Mandeville, the company has grown steadily to become the preferred provider of change management education by many organizations. James developed an interest in change whilst studying for an MBA back in 1980. Since then, he has he has managed major change initiatives with several top companies world wide and works with large, medium and small enterprises assisting management teams to creatively handle change.

An honours graduate in psychology with a postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies, James Mandeville worked in senior management positions in Nestlé and ICL before taking an executive MBA at Aston University in 1980.

With thirty years experience handling complex change issues and training management teams to successfully manage change, James has international business experience having lived and worked in America, Africa, Scandinavia, France and Brazil.

James is the author of the highly successful “Change is for NOW™” core management facilitated learning workshop and is currently the managing director of 21st Century View Limited.

Born in Scotland, James is married to Jessica who is an Authorized Psychologist with her own successful private clinic.



Staff

All 21st Century View's staff hold academic qualifications to master's degree level in psychology and/or have an MBA from a leading business school.

Excellent facilitators, coupled with experience in managing change at all levels of complexity, their knowledge and expertise spans various industry sectors in small, medium and large organizations.



How we operate

We offer the Change is for NOW™  workshop, an intensive change training workshop, which focuses on an in-depth understanding of the human relationship issues surrounding change and the ADEPT in change™ seminar, which is a practical learning experience that covers formulating and planning changes at strategic, interim and tactical levels down to detailed operational change planning and monitoring of progress.

Larger companies with in-house training departments, or companies with visionary management teams wishing to engage themselves in internal education, may purchase our unique Change is for NOW™ workshop package under licence to run in their own organizations. Such is our commitment to the success of our clients that we train workshop leaders to use this material free of charge.
